  Worst branch ever! Went in to cash a Bank of America check. I was told that they only cash Bank of America checks to a certain amount. Said ok, can you show me in writing that rule? Was told they don’t have it. Went to another Bank of America while I was shopping, asked them if they have a limit on cashing checks. They said no as long as it’s a Bank of America check. They verified the check and cashed it. This branch is very discriminatory. Stay away!!

  Very rude for a customer service business. Needed notary service with my brother and even though he had an account with the branch the representative was reluctant to provide service because we didn't have an appointment. Finally, she turned us away since I did not have an account. We went next door and Wells Fargo provide the service with a Huge Smile. Good job Wells Fargo! I will never bank with BOA.

  The branch is great-very nice professional staff. Bank of America is a fee grabbing bank who always puts their interests before its customers. I would not do any business with BofA. But if you must...I would choose this branch.

  Horrific experience with this location and Denys Yegonyants. MGR. This location is poorly managed and condescending. Was trying to make a cash car payment on behalf of my mother. They would not take The payment ! Ridiculous. A BANK THAT WON'T ACCEPT CASH ! Avoid this,location

  I would never ever go there again. Worst bank ever!!! I was doing a wire transfer of 66K and they told me they have to verify the funds that i have it in my account before doing the wire trasfer and i have to wait an hour. Are you serious????

  Called every 5 minutes for an hour. The recording said they were too busy to answer. This was a Wednesday morning. Get some more help if this is really true.
