  I was very fortunate to have found Steve as my mortgage broker. My brother and realtor recommended him and his company. Working with him and his wife Diane made my first time home buying experience less stressful. They are very organized, patient and helpful in working with my crazy work schedule.   It has been my good fortune to have known Steven Marche of Great American Funding Corporation for many years. During that time Steven has been instrumental in helping my wife and I secure a loan for a second home as well as refinancing our existing residence. Every time we have delt with Steven he has been the consummate professional, guiding us through the process and keeping us updated in a timely manner. Steven will give you an honest review of your financial situation and the pros and cons of any real estate deal. I know I can pick up the phone at any time during a financial transaction and Steven will be able to tell me exactly where we are in the process.   This office is a must try for mortgage seekers. I have. Working with Steve give you a new perspective in getting loan. We were frustrated with scrutiny, demands, rejections....you know the feeling. Then Steve response to my inquiry one morning, personally, and in literally 72 hours, our financial mess appears to be headed for sunshine California again. Steve is a totally different kind of processor for your loan. He will take your file, review it and no worry, mine is 27 pages thick with endless creditors, and suggest plans, alternatives and ways to bring you back up. We did this task, our bail out plan, thru out the weekend, including Sunday, and by Monday, back to the work week, looks like trouble is far behind. I have no reservations in recommending Steve to handle your loan application, any loan, any type with full confidence that it will be a success. From what my experience with Great American Funding tells me, I don't think any loan scenario they can't solved. Two thumbs up! Highly recommended and Thank you Steve.

  I worked with Steve for my 1st mortgage and also my refi mortgage. Both went smoothly and better, very fast! I wasn't the easiest client for paperwork wise, but some how he made it all work to get the loan. I really appreciated his promptness, ability to answer all my emails, text, and calls expedite even on the weekends whenever I had a concern or question.
