  Another satisfied customer here. They were kind enough to squeeze me in about month before the tax deadline and were kind, quick, and efficient explaining everything that needed to be and following up quickly via email with a few extra questions and items. Seems they're busy and well respected and in demand all for good reasons. Will definitely be returning year after year for the peace of mind knowing everything is handled properly and I don't have to guess my way through online software and vague questions.

And I’m usually a late bird but Richard always gets me in. I’ve referred many friends to them in the past several years and they all stayed once they met Richard and his team.   There are not enough words to express how valuable Richard Novak and his team at Richard Allen and associates have been to my family and my company. Being a small business owner, the landscape can be turbulent at times and it’s a scary ride when you embark on the venture as a single operator. If there’s anyone I would consider a “partner” who has gotten me through all this chaos called entrepreneurship, it would be Richard. He shows patience and an unmatched willingness to explain complicated concepts in ways that even a simpleton like myself can understand. They are always available, always friendly and always willing to offer you a monster energy drink or cup of coffee (they have copious amounts during tax season 🤣). I’ve recommended friends and family members and will continue to recommend Richard Allen Tax to the general public.   My husband and I have gone to many tax services in the past and I have to say that Richard Allen Tax went well above and beyond for us. We were referred to Richard Allen Tax as we had not had great experiences in the past with other tax services. The professionalism and attention to detail of Richard Allen Tax was very well noted. They took the time to explain different tax laws and treated us with respect. We will now only go to Richard Allen Tax and will tell all of our friends and family to go there as well.

  LOVE THIS PLACE! Been coming here for about 5 years now and I'm definitely keeping Richard as my tax guy for the years to come. Everyone in the office has great communication and they're so efficient. It's easy to schedule appointments. I feel welcomed when I'm there and never rushed. Richard is so knowledgable about anything and everything tax related which makes me feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you guys for being so awesome! See ya next year!
