  Where do I start! The customer service here is amazing, Carlos was such great help in refinancing my vehicle and even went out of his way in finding me the best rates! He’s extremely helpful and definitely cares for the customers. Once the refinance process with the vehicle was complete Freddy then offered to give me a quote on pet insurance for my dog as well! Freddy and Carlos went above and beyond!

  I absolutely couldn't recommend another bank more than I do this one. I am pushing close to 30 years of banking experience. In my job, I frequent several of the local banks to make deposits for landlords. I find these banks are lacking in service, as technology has changed the landscape. I bank here due to the excellent service and the features offered by Kinecta. They're always professional and continue to help me though the various banking needs, such as loans, credit cards, etc. Rarely have I had to wait at Kinecta when making deposits or seeking out their service. They are simply outstanding. On a more personal note, in the branch, Jonathan has helped me time and time again. I enjoy banking here and being treated like family. Stop paying your bank high fees and switch to Kinecta. :D

  The new staff at this branch is so nice and friendly. I've been here a few times and it seems like new people are now working there. Kinecta has been my credit union for a while and I would definitely recommend them, specially at this particular location in Palos Verdes.

  Kinecta needs to fix the phone customer service system. All the branches only list their main line, which is frustrating to navigate due to dozen of options. When I finally got connected the representative told me to call a local number which gave me an awful not connected tone, so I wasn't able to call the local branch.
