  We are very fortunate to have Pacific Premiere Bank as our local bank in Rolling Hills Estates. The staff is not only extremely competent, but also very responsive. We have 9 business accounts and a personal account at this bank and the customer service is top notch. Hoda, Angela, Sandy, and Emily are the best!

  I've been with Opus bank and now Pacific Premier Bank in Rolling Hills Estate (Peninsula Center) for many years. The Staff at this location is the best! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and welcoming. I've been to another location where we moved to and I don't get the same friendly feeling. So when I come back into the area, I make sure I go the the RHE bank. I respect those ladies, they do an amazing job. Thank you for always helping me with my banking needs.

  We have been banking with this 'team of excellence' since 1984. Even though the name of the Bank has had changes, their commitment to a higher level of service never waivers. We feel like we are welcomed into a home, with personal service caring for our needs and helping us through the many challenges of technology, COVID as well as our aging status.   I have been banking with this branch since it was Bay Cities, then Opus Bank. The staff is outstanding. From the manager Hoda to the old timers, Sandi and Angela and the not so recent addition, Emily. They really care about their customers. I've heard many horror stories from some friends and acquaintances on how their banks have treated them and it is unbelievable and I can't understand how these banks are still in business. The staff in this branch is truly unmatchable. It's what banking should be.

  I have been a customer for many years, Bay Cities, Opus and now Pacific Premier, for the non-profit I run. The staff, Sandy, Emily, Hoda and Angela have always gone above and beyond to help solve a problem. They also know you by name and are very welcoming at the bank. I recently had a problem with new checks that were printed for the new bank name. Emily saw the error and contacted me and Sandy was able to have the account adjusted and new checks printed in a very timely manner. A pleasure to be a customer here.

  While this bank has changed ownership many times, what makes it special are the people there. Hoda, Angela, Sandy, and Emily. When you walk in, they know you! You are not just a number on a list. I do my Business and personal banking there, and have been with this bank for over 36 years, no matter what the name on the door has said over the many years. These gals go out of their way for you, and it is them that make this bank. They offer everything you need from a commercial bank, plus a great smile when you walk in. What more could you ask for? If you want that local feeling only a local bank can give, then PPB Rolling Hills is the bank for you.
