  As a loyal customer for a long time, we would recommend this branch to everyone. If you need great deals with banking, auto insurance, come to them. We always love the customer service at this Kinecta branch, especially with Connie. She is always super nice, friendly, professional and helpful. We just have had a quick transaction today, gladly in and out super fast. Connie and the new manager saw us when we walked in and quickly greet and smile at us. Thank you for being there, thank you for helping us. We feel so comfortable and super happy to have a great customer service from these wonderful people.

  Staff there are racist and rude they gave me an attitude and said my English was horrible and I had to speak up I don’t know there names or anything but I don’t recommend anyone going

  Greatest bank ever! Highly recommended I have been coming here for years. Connie and the staff are wonderful. They are thoughtful and caring when handling business and always cheerful.

  Their ATM machine swallowed up my perfectly good ATM card for no reason and they said they could do nothing about it. Called my bank and they said there is no reason for my card to be taken. Said there is something wrong with their ATM machine. Never heard of this bank only came here because of the surcharge free. Now I have to go get a new card and reconnect all my accounts automatically deduction from my old card as it is now invalid. Angry doesn't begin to describe my feelings on this

  Very bad attitude! All workers and Retail services manager Talavera Emmy arr rude and they talk to you like they are owners of this bank. Don’t recommend come to fountain valley Kinetka anyone. Just don’t! I will switch to other bank because of them.

  Went there on a Sunday and the ATM machine is now gone?

  Hello Walter. Thank you for reaching out to us! We did remove the outside ATM from the Fountain Valley location. There is still one inside the vestibule that is accessible 24/7. To access the vestibule after hours, please swipe your debit card at the door. It will unlock and you may access the ATM.   I'm happy to have Kinecta as my bank, institution. I called and always got the help I needed. Liz, thank you so much. They have free coin exchange for members, a user friendly App, the interest rates are always lower than traditional banks, and they care! They always offer coffee for free at my branch, have a clean environment, candy and more but hands down the staff is the most respectful and the best! Kinecta The best Bank I've ever had, its members care about us, a Credit Union with integrity, a very good bank where they teach you how to take care of your money, for those who want to learn, the App is very easy to use, they have a tool that They make it easy for you to manage your money, low interest, you just have to comply with them on time. Respectful staff thank you Liz For everything, there are also bilinguals and they are friendly, I recommend them. :D
