  Everyone in the company that I dealt with, especially my loan originator, Minh Nguyen, were very competent and professional. The entire process was a pleasant one. I would surely recommend Sovereign Lending to anyone looking to make a home loan or to refinance.

  Wish I could give 0 star. My experience with this place is horrible. The person who helped me, his name is Kenneth Parker. When he approached us, he was very proactive and responsive. But the moment we did the appraisal, he just disappear. We tried to emailing him and texting him. Not a single reply. And in the end when we could get a hold to him. He just said the timeframe has gone so we have to accept higher mortgage rate. I just can't believe this. DO NOT GO WITH Sovereign Lending Group Incorporated IT IS A HOAX Kenneth Parker ([email protected]) is a JOKE

  Jason helped me get quickly and easily through what I thought would be difficult and time consuming. He addressed all my concerns such that I was surprised at how smoothly this transaction happened. I would readily refer anyone to Jason. I am 68 and disabled and I never felt that was a disadvantage. The on line lenders are greedy and pushy, in my opinion, and don’t establish any rapport over the phone. More should be like Jason.

  Sovereign Lending is awesome! My "Helper", Ferenc was amazing..he is so kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They kept in touch with me almost every day and our Refi was completed in two weeks! Start to finish 2 weeks! My last one took almost 4 months.

  Nick Woods and his team were courteous, professional and knowledgable. In these times of scam concerns, Nick assured me and pointed to their record. Once the paperwork processes it took a couple of weeks to finalize the refinance process. I recommend the Sovereign Lending Group if you are looking for a refinance company.
