  Working with Kim was a dream. Everything went so smoothly, and she took the time to answer all of my questions, including what the rate was at multiple times through the process! I offered on 5 homes during my search; each time on the weekend and she prepared a personal letter to help let the seller know everything was pre-approved and ready to go.
