John Smith5What a helpful branch! I was passing through and needed to do some banking. They were very friendly and very busy. I didn't mind waiting and while I was sitting there I observed several clients assisted by the staff. Really an incredible location and very friendly people.

Antony Kishore Maria Rajkumar1They have a coin shortage problem for over 6 months and they are still giving out the same excuse. When I go to other banks like wells Fargo, Huntington etc I get the change order even when I am not a account holder with them. We have a business account with us bank and being on restaurant business we go through a lot of change. When I asked about it, they just say that how it is and they don't care if I take my business to another bank. Being one of the biggest banking institutions, it's clear that they are not looking like it. Their service is slower, they clearly don't take any effort to fix the issue they are faced with. I've have an account with them but it won't for long if it stays like this.

Anna Leverentz5I have been going to this branch for years. Lobby service is often slower BUT I have never had a mistake happen when withdrawing or depositing AND I have never felt rushed or like I do not matter. For the handful of times I actually need to go in (due to online banking and mobile deposit), I appreciate that much more than speed.

Ethan Elumba5I have only had great experiences here. I’ve been coming to this branch for 4 years, and I’ve never had any problems. From setting up a savings and checking account, to making regular deposits/withdrawals, the staff and tellers are always friendly, understanding, and hard working. Very convenient drive up ATM and tellers as well!

Ryan Miller5I bank here often and the staff is always friendly and great. It close to other shopping also and right off a main drag 42. If you ever need more in depth Banking services ask for Bianca ...she was great and very easy on the eyes :) great bank!

Ms J2This bank is an convenient location I lived close .One African Americans lady is so nice give gr8 service and some of the White American this Arabian guy is very arrogant and snooty.He has been there a while he has poor customer skills He needs more training.Surprising he a lead or high rank not sure how that happened nor why no else complain about his behavior maybe because MGMT is the same ethnic that's acceptable NOT smh.. I go out my way to not go here and when I do I rather get another clerk ,he never gives me money transition correctly as I requested he gives to me the way he wants whether it's inside or drive thru.. I've been a customer over 10yrs. I shouldn't have to get mistreated for service or anyone however long they have Is Bank I have to go out my way to anotyan bank in order to qualify seevice He brings this business to two. Tellers should be rated and bankers fro their services. Good they have Googled

dh82551Horrible. Not just your regular horrible. The tellers reprimand you for the tiniest flaw in any paperwork. Not friendly at all. Almost leaves one feeling "racially profiled". If our business did not bank with them, I would never use them. Also, if your going to use the drive thru, pack a lunch, and maybe a dinner.

Martia Reynolds1My job has a US Bank account and I cash my payroll checks at this location. I asked to speak with the manager about something and the moment she found out I wasn’t opening a bank account she started being so rude and nasty to me. I would never consider opening an account there now. Thank God for Wells Fargo!

Marcella Yang1VERY SLOW SERVICE. No sense of urgency. Waited for 20 mins to see a banker and there was a banker who was done with a customer and when the customer left he didn't even come ask if i needed help. Horrible service.
