  I went to BMO Harris to cash a check. I do not have an account there, but the person who wrote the check does. They charged me $10 to cash the check there. What a rip off! The check was from THAT bank, but yet they charged me to cash it. I will NEVER open an account there and I will certainly advise others against it too. RIPOFF!

  I find it strange that a BMO Harris branch cannot cash a 401k check from a BMO issued bank. They said it could be fraud but would you think they could verify it since it's from a BMO institution. Only gave two stars because the teller was nice about it.

  I love this location (Apple Valley, MN) because all of the employees here have become friends. They are so helpful, kind, thoughtful and competent. No matter how many mistakes you make, they never make you feel stupid. Thank you, I love each of you! Have a great Holiday Season.

  STAY AWAY FROM BMO HARRIS LOANS!!! We recently purchased a used car for which the dealer used BMO for the financing. BMO had the account only three short months before selling in off to CSC logic. CSC logic has to be the worst financial institute in the country. They do not actually purchase loans. but manage them for third party lenders. So who knows who actually has the loan on our car. It could be anyone or ORGANIZATION in the world!!?? Only two payments in and already at least 6 phone calls to TRY and get our account straightened out. Shame on BMO Harris for using such a shoddy group to sell loans to. I'm off to my local Bank to get another loan and get CSC Logic and BMO Harris out of my financial life. If you are smart you will GO somewhere else for your car loan!!

  Anyone who takes my money and can't bother to pick up the phone does not belong in business. I will have to write a check to close out the account.

  I love this bank! The employees are always very personable and most of them know me by name. I would recommend this location to any of my business associates and friends.

  It's very hard to get them to answer the phone. Any questions they are unable to answer. Everything has to be online
