  We started our refinance experience with Chase, not that it was a bad experience, but after I mentioned it to a friend of the family Tom and his staff were recommended to us. I placed a call and spoke to Tom via text ,phone, and email. He and his staff were very supportive, professional, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. The entire process was completed in a very reasonable period of time and with no unexpected hassles. Did I mention Tom saved us a quarter percent on our rate and over $2000 in costs over Chase.   Tom and Vanessa were amazing to work with! Tom was literally available day and night. Didn’t matter. He was there. He was super helpful throughout our whole home buying process, including our totaling of our car less than a week before closing. Tom figured out a way to get it done. He truly cares!!   Tom is AMAZING! I never thought we'd be able to qualify for a house. We were turned down by many mortgage brokers. Tom was the only one willing to work and educate us on how the process works. He worked with us for over a year until we were finally qualified to purchase. We've now been homeowners since 2015 and that wouldn't have been possible without him! I will never go with anyone else!!

  Let me put it this way: Tom Smith IS my mortgage guy. I’ve never considered “shopping around.” Why would I when Tom - and in our latest transaction Tom, Vanessa and the First Centennial Team - simply get things done and done well? All with the highest level of concern and professionalism. Speaking of, our most recent deal was a complicated one, with lots of homework to do and hoops to jump through. Frankly, I never had a worry. I know what he can do.
