  Kim is very outgoing and and enthusiastic! She uses creative marketing techniques and has a broad range of resources to assist in getting homes sold. She has a large footprint in the Southern and Southwest Ohio region. She came highly recommended from acquaintances with substantial rental properties. My wife and I were pleased with her efforts and performance in getting our home sold.

  I contacted Kim and left her a vm. After a week and no return call I called her again. She told me that she had to turn her phone off for a couple of day. The property I wanted to see, she had not had "time" to put a lock box on it but was going to do so in the next couple days and would call me back. This now has been another week 10 days and no call. Now the property is sell pending. I would NEVER hire her to buy or sell property

  Hi Rodney, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I get about 75 texts, emails and phone calls every day and sometimes it's difficult to get back with everyone immediately when you are a Realtor and you have what I call a "feeding frenzy" going on with one property. I am just one person. If you were a Realtor in an extremely busy market, you might be more understanding. When you called, I was the only person working in the office. I now have new agents to help me. If you were inquiring about the house in Hamilton, Ohio, I had about 18 bids in one day on that house from agents in 2-3 counties. I listed this house as a favor for a friend but I didn't want to list it because I don't like being put in that type of situation. Again, I am sorry you had a bad experience, but if you look at my testimonials on my website (www.kimhillrealestate.com), you will see that in fact I'm a very good Realtor. If this ever happens to you again with any Realtor, I suggest contacting another Realtor to show you a property. I'm sure that this type of situation has happened to many Realtors. When a property is underpriced, everyone wants it. Again, I'm sorry your phone calls fell through the cracks. I did not do it on purpose, and if I ever get any more properties like that, I'd be happy to call you first.
