  I'm giving this one star they were rude, had nasty remarks talking about me while I was deciding to buy a pendant for my wife's birthday. Because I have long hair they made marks telling me I could come in and play dress up any time I liked. Then when I was looking at other items I heard them say my wedding band was probably the most expensive thing I ever bought in my life. I have bought multiple items from them in the past but I will never be going bad I recommend that unless you want to be treated poorly as customer you don't either.

  Went in today and felt as if I was being targeted from the very beginning. Was browsing and looking at their wares and literally had some kid constantly looking at me like I was a theft! Will not be coming back and would never recommend. Fix your customer service and quit making people uncomfortable while looking around.

  Went in Rich's 8 months back and they had a TEC-9 for ~$800 (overpriced). Went in 2 months later, same TEC-9 is now $1200. 2 more months later they had raised the price, yet again, to $1500. Wild.

  This place does not answer ANY calls I’ve now called them 15 times and nobody has answered the phone. I was going to go there and buy some stuff but now I’m starting to consider not going there it’s unbelievable how you don’t answer the phone when you want people to buy stuff and you don’t answer the phone when someone has called you 15 times. Unbelievable.

  Went there right before Christmas last year. My Fiance and I went to get gifts for each other. I found a beautiful wedding set and he found the gold chain he wanted. He brought an old ring and they gave us a good price on trade in and it helped a lot. The staff was very helpful and nice and I plan on going back soon.

  Very rude establishment. My significant other and I have frequented this establishment twice in looking for specific items. First time they ignored my girlfriend and constantly were staring at us like we were unwanted in their store. We got our game station and left. Second time we came out was to look at jewelry and laptops. Nobody said anything to us. Nobody asked us if we needed help or paid us any attention. But a gentleman in the back was constantly staring at us. We left because we felt uncomfortable.

  I never have any problems when I take my stuff there they're always willing to help very nice people and have everything imaginable in there I always find what I need

  Yesterday, my husband and I purchased new wedding bands for ourselves. I found a gold band in the design I wanted (5th place I had been to, trying to find one!), and the price was very fair. He chose a steel mens band with a center design. The band’s design peeled off in a strip (it wasn’t sealed into the ring), after only a few hours of wear! After reading all these bad reviews, we expected the worst...but when we took the ring back in today, they were VERY kind and apologetic, and hooked him up with an even nicer ring, at no charge! Wonderful customer service! We will def. shop here again! UPDATE: Just went back in today. Sold my wedding ring, and put it towards a new one. The lady that helped me was super nice, and found me exactly the ring I wanted! The gentleman that helped me was also great, and worked with me on a fair price. I should have gotten their names (sorry!). I walked out a happy customer again!

  I found the ease of selling and buying here great. The selection of jewelry is nice. Don't hesitate to go in before you buy at the big markup stores! Be smart, support local small business.

  Warning, do not go to this place. Go to Mr. pawn shop or go to American coin and jewelry right down the street from riches when it comes to precious metals of any kind. Rich’s Pawn is a total rip off on all of the merchandise. Mr Pawn shop is so much better than Rich’s Pawn shop also. Go to Mr. pawn shop or American coin and jewelry if you have something you want to sell or buy that is gold or silver etc. example: I Bought a men's gold and 1/2 ct diamond ring for over $350 a few months ago from rich's. I brought same ring in today to get a loan (keep in mind I was a regular customer there and bought all my jewelry from them until now) and they offered me $40! I'm a small business owner myself. I know how this stuff works inside and out. I understand businesses have to make money but wow. I think because they’ve been around a little longer than all the other pawnshops they can afford to sit on a lot of the stuff that they have therefore overprice a lot of the stuff that they have unlike the other places I’ve listed. Now they're losing $1000's of dollars from my future business all because of this and they even hang up on you and actually give you an attitude! I was shocked at first. They’ve lost all their customers service skills. Shawn is the only cool one there but that still doesn’t change their pricing/ripping people off. Oh and they have their own employees/owner write reviews on here. Smh.
