  My family and I are so grateful Kim and her staff were recommended to us. We had tried to refinance our home to lower our interest thru our bank, but the agent assigned to us was not very helpful, once he saw our situation would require more effort and work, he dropped us. We were discourage to even try again. My sister's co-worker was so pleased with Kim and her staff that we decided to give it another try. Both Kim and her Assistant April were so nice, kind and always available. They were patient and if we needed help, they went the extra mile to help us gather all the paperwork we needed. We got approved to lower our interest and saved us so much money in the long run.   I had the best experience with Kim and her team.ever thing went just as they said it would the loan went fast . They was so sweet . They let me know everything that was going on from start to finish. I would go back to them again if I ever need a new loan thank you guys you are the best 😊
