  I have never been to a Kia dealership before and I was pleasantly surprised. I went in with really no intention of buying a Kia, but the entire team was great, courteous and very helpful. I had a lot of questions and they answered them all. My salesperson Jacob was very busy that day, but was constantly checking to make sure I was ok and to move the process along quickly and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

  fast straight to the point. Very friendly and helpful getting all the information you could possibly need helped my sister buy her first AMG and made it such a great experience

  Chance was extremely helpful and an awesome dude. Made sure my entire visit and process of trading my car in and financing a new one was extremely quick and painless. I love my new car and I would highly recommend anyone head to them for business, especially working with Chance.

  Jacob was professional and honest every step of the way. Both he and Brian explained every detail of the buying process. This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own so I was nervous about it at first, but working with patient and knowledgeable people made it a great experience. The dealership was clean and the test drive process was so easy! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I love my new car!!!

  First of all I’d like to say I appreciate that when you get to the dealership you aren’t being circled by salesman anymore. They use to be like vultures. Easiest Cary buying experience I’ve ever had. Ryan Shaw was the best car salesman (or whatever they’re called these days) I’ve ever worked with. Love her personality. She and JT worked very hard to get me into the exact car I wanted. I told them what I wanted to pay and they worked with the banks to get my car payment to where I wanted it. High recommend kia of streetsboro. Go see Ryan. She’s Amazing.

  We went in for an oil change and left with a new car! Traded in and purchased/financed very smoothly and with no pressure. Jason Washington was great to work with on the sales end and Brian made financing very easy. This is our 4th Kia Sorrento and today's experience was the best one yet. The professionalism and customer service has greatly improved with the new ownership (in last two years). Would recommend for sure!

  Angel was wonderful. He answered all my questions and was very patient helping me with all the new aspects of changing over to a hybrid and explaining all the new technology.
