  Showed up to this bank about 1:45 on a Tuesday to make a change to our account. We were the only customers in the bank, but we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to see a banker. Since we were going to wait, we ask if we could use the bathroom. The teller said no but there is a public bathroom across the street at the Walgreens store we can walk to. So clearly I wasn't the first customer to ask. Well we aren't customers of Walgreens but we are long term customers of Chase Bank. Are customers not good enough to use the bathroom? Kind of ironic isn't it? I think we need to get away from Chase Bank if that's the way they treat their customers. Pitiful service and we haven't even seen the banker yet. Wow.

  I didn’t appreciate the obviously bad investment advice they gave out at this branch. I don’t trust the management here. I’ve never had a problem with the professionalism of the tellers but there’s a heavy pitch to get you to sign up for extra services on your accounts that aren’t necessary.

  The ATM didn't dispense my funds. I went into the bank and was advised there was nothing they could do since I'm not a "Chase customer." My balance has decreased and they charged me an ATM fee but didnt give me my $. UNBELIEVABLE Meanwhile a lady that tried to use the ATM after me didn't get her funds either. The bank staff walked past me and left for the day.

  This is the worst bank. They’re running some kind of scam by charging people multiple over draft fees and other fees. I used to bank with them for 10 years and thank God I switched to Huntington bank. I don’t get scammed with over draft fees. This bank is not people friendly. Go elsewhere!

  Great customer service every body works here is doing excellent job. Jesse is great and goes above and beyond to make every transaction an easy one
