  Very pleasant!!! Vincent was very helpful!! I went in to open an account post operation and explained I was on heavy laxatives. He was very understanding. After several trips to the restroom during our appointment, I really noticed how he maintained his patience and professionalism and was still very informative. Glad I came by. Will definitely recommend to friends!!!

  I’ve had my doubts about banks due to past experiences but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the convince of location and professional service. There is truly business who do mean good!

  This bank is great and there customer service is amazing. I recently opened an account here and the banker who helped me (Vincent) was very professional and informative in smart ways to manage my account.

  I just stopped by to get a new year calendar. I asked this lady who opened the door for meI I am looking for a new year calendar, then she asked for my account #, I said I don't have the account # but I can give you my info. She handed me a postit so i wrote ↓ my SSN, she looked it ↑ and said oh I got your account info but you can check other branches for one, we don't have it here. ???? WT....... super upset!

  The staff members here are always very polite and willing to help. I bank with East West regularly, and this branch actually provides much better service than the surrounding ones that have higher ratings.

  You can’t make deposits from ATM machine. It’s been broken since last year. Their response is cuz it s broken many times. The company doesn’t want to fix it. I prefer make deposit at ATM machine than in person. I’ll probably try different banks
