Ali Marcha1DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. I was exposed to covid last week and my account was overdrawn due to automatic bill pay, something that shouldn't happen to begin with. I called to explain the situation, that I've been sick, am vaccinated, was exposed, still tested positive, and haven't been able to get into the branch. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OVERDRAFT CHARGES. They did away with any forgiveness for COVID related issues in June, because apparently the pandemic is over at Key Bank. Other banks are doing away with overdraft charges all together! Open an account with Capital One, do business ANYWHERE ELSE. Horrible business model. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT MONEY.

d misik1This location needs to be shut down. The service I received was horrendous. The building smells awful! The workers are incompetent, rude and insensitive. All the tellers were busy talking about their private lives instead of doing something productive. The volt was wide open all day, I feel that should be against the rules for safety precaution. I will never go back nor will I refer a friend. I didn’t even get a chance to open an account because no one was available to do so, even though it was 10 o’clock in the morning. If I could rate this KeyBank a zero I most definitely would not hesitate ☹️
