  I just opened an account there a few weeks ago. Today I got my first paycheck from a new job. I went through the drive thru, and the teller (I believe her name was Janet or Janice) blonde hair white lady. .... told me I couldnt cash my check, only deposit it. I asked why , and she stated that " the system " wouldnt let me., so I deposited.She told me it wouldnt be available until tomorrow. I called the bank after I left to speak to someone and find out why, and the same lady answered, and was so unbelievably rude and snarky I had to hang up before losing my cool. I have never been treated so poorly at a bank. Ever. I regret opening an account there.

  Teller #5 at the drive thru window she is a Blonde hair older fat white lady who continues to harass me about adding my disabled son that is a child mind you to my bank account and she refused to allow me his payee and PAY TO THE ORDER FOLLOWED BY MY NAME to deposit his monthly benefit check I will follow thru with discrimination charges against fifth third and this teller

  Outstanding- We initially went in this branch a couple of years ago with our daughter to set up a credit card account. While there they showed us how to lower our mortgage payment by refinancing our primary home. We then returned to set up a mortgage for a rental property. Everything went perfectly. Sarah is also outstanding and helpful. Fifth Third also has the best bank website and app.

  Excellent service! Drive thru lines are handled immediately, unlike most of the other banks in the same area. Professional.

  Slow service & high turnaround in staff at this branch makes it difficult to maintain accounts here. Never have a dedicated drive thru teller nor do they use both available drive thru lines. Very poor customer service experience every time I have come here & habe been customer for many years....

  The bank branch is Great. Corporate is terrible. I won't be doing business with Fifth Third. Shady business practices.
