  If I could give less than 1 star I would they've been asking me for months at other branches to apply for a new credit card and I kept saying no so one day I'm in there at the tower branch for some other business and one of their clerks took it upon themselves to fill out credit application without my permission. It has negatively affected my credit and they will not help when I call they keep blowing me off saying it's no big deal

  If you are late on your car loan one time in four years with this bank, they will call you at a minimum of 8 times a day. They spoke with both myself and my dad/cosigner about when they will be paid yet still called 8 to 10 times daily. Then 'latricia' had the nerve to tell me my dad was a liar and never spoke to them, even though I was in the same room when it occured. She was unbelievably rude even though I had called to make the payment. This bank is an absolute joke. Would never do business with them again.

  Ever since First Merit has taken over Citizens Bank it has become a nightmare. Lack of information provided has created a mess. Their new website for banking is horrible you cannot even see when the transaction occurred just when it was posted. My family has been banking with Citizens Bank for almost 50 years and never have we ever had such horrible service! I am closing my account and taking my banking elsewhere. Thank you very much First Merit for ruining such a good bank. I will miss my favorite tellers and I wish them well they are going to need it with this bank.

  By far the worst experience at an Huntington Bank. Four stars became my local bank sets a high bar.

  Place been Closing at 4pm for over 2 years now. And still people come in saying "I thought it closed at 6" lolol
