  As a first time home-buyer, we had great experience using Fireland Title. The owner of the company personally came to our apartment to have us sign the closing documents. He walked us through every step of the process so we understood everything completely. We never felt uncomfortable or in the dark about any part of the process.   Fireland Title does an excellent job at keeping my buyers and sellers happy from start to finish. I like their approach, their communication with my clients on paperwork needed, and their ability to explain & clarify the papers your signing. Some companies don't and that's why I use Fireland!!

  I would highly recommend Fireland Title Group in Cleveland / Akron Ohio. They are caring, highly professional, very attentive to details. Everything is online via cloud services. Very responsive, and very safe dealing with them.

  Incredibly helpful - professional, responsive, great people. I called with what I was certain would be a tough question that would take a week or two to get an answer to, and Sarah at Fireland Title had an answer for me within an hour. Absolutely my first choice for title searches in the Akron/Hudson area.

  The Firelland representative was very efficient and knowlegeable. He was able to answer all of our question and explain anything we didn't immediately understand. Signing a lot of documents at one setting can be difficult, he made it easy.

  I switched to Fireland Title after using another title company for many years. I have been completely satisfied with every deal I have given them to handle, some with gigantic problems that they handled with ease and a smile (right through the phone). I highly recommend them to my clients and other real estate agents. They are very thorough and communicate all the way through the deal, from start to finish. They are easy to get in touch with if you have a problem or a question, and are always happy to help. You should definitely try them on your next deal!!!
