  They are the best bank in Erie, Pennsylvania! Friendly and professional staff, great location, 24/7 drive-thru ATM, the inside of the branch is absolutely gorgeous! I came in one time and had the absolute BEST experience ever! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked into the door, they made me feel extremely special and proud too bank with KeyBank! When it came down to helping me financially KeyBank has been there! I look forward to continuing my banking relationship with Key!

  The best bank in Erie Pa or anywhere ! Michelle and Sarah are the nicest most professional bankers I have ever had ! I drive all the way across town to go to this bank for that reason only ! They have impressed me and I’m a hard one to impress ! At one point before I met Sarah and then Michelle I was going to close my account and go to PNC , because the other branches had such rude and unprofessional employees ! I feel now more at home than ever since relocating to Pennsylvania. I missed my bank and all my haunts so terribly however now I’m starting to settle in and find my quality of life again !

  Not following covid procedure. I went in to do a deposit. Investment banking Daniel NO MASK. The person that was working drive-thru no mask and she was standing right beside my bank teller less than a foot away from me. WE WILL BE TAKING ALL OF OUR BANKING ELSEWHERE AND TURNING THIS PLACE IN.

  Drive through closes before posted time. Multiple times i have come through 5 minutes before closing and they were already shut down
