Jan Larson1The Wilsonville branch has lost their customer service. Friday afternoon April 1st at 3:30pm, my husband could not get waited on. He stood in line for over 20 mins & finally had to leave along with others. Two people were working & no teller window anymore. Everything handled from a desk. Both staff appeared to be opening new accounts & no one else could do banking. If it wasn't for things going to my account automatically, I'd close it & go somewhere else.

Laura Harbert1I agree with the others. We have a checking account, savings account and credit card with Key bank and we have tried several times to get in touch with someone about some issues we are having and no one bothers to call back. If we don't hear back soon we will be closing all our accounts and going somewhere that appreciates their customers enough to return phone calls.

Tommy Bletcher1Opened a business account and 6 months later after making business depisits, they wouldn't let me do my deposits saying it was a personal account. Manager is rude. Closing my account and would never recommend key bank.

Katie S5Always friendly staff and quickly get what u need done. Not to busy usually so that's always a plus. Also has a drive through ATM and banking.
