  Very professional staff, all covid conscious. Which is wonderful with everyone being so sick at the moment. Also several helpful insights to grow and maintain a healthy credit score. Definitely recommend this location over others.

  Wouldn't let me cash a check issued at their own bank without exorbitant fees. I have no idea how that makes any sense, and the daft expressions and vapid responses from Larry the clerk crushed my hopes for humanity much less the bankers here. Take your business and money elsewhere.

  Hi Lucas– We completely understand that check-cashing fees are frustrating. Even in cases where the check written out is by a KeyBank client, we have to charge a small fee to the recipient cashing the check if they do not have an existing relationship with KeyBank. If you do cash KeyBank checks consistently, we’d recommend opening an account with us and establishing a relationship.   Very friendly staff, but overall this bank is one of the worst I’ve dealt with in terms of fees; I was charged over $50 in fees for simply letting a checking account sit unused for a few months while abroad. Please, look elsewhere for your banking needs!!

  This is my favorite Key Bank. Sonya and Angie always do a great job and take really good care of me. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

  After a frustrating couple days, the bankers went the extra mile to help me find a solution to make a deposit of cash when no atm or branch was near me.

  Hello Hunter, thank you for getting in touch. We apologize for the experience you have had. Any paper item may be subject to a hold until we have actually received the money from the other bank. This is not an immediate process and does take a few days. How you deposit the paper item (branch, atm or app) has no bearing on if a hold may have to be placed. There is no hold on direct deposits of course as those funds don't have to be collected first.
