  I don't have an account with key Bank but I live in an agency and I get a laundry check every month for 30 I go in there and the customer service is amazing they they just asked me for my social security number cuz I don't have a bank account and they just give me the cash very polite I appreciate them for whatever they do they they have to deal with a lot of people right now with this whole pandemic and people are of course are going to get really upset and yell at them but I think they are handling it well kudos to their manager as well and I will see you guys later today cuz I'm cashing my check by the way

  Bank is the worst! Don’t answer the phone and take their sweet time to help you when you come in. Customer service is terrible. They need a training in customer service or new management cause they don’t care.

  Website says open Sat until 1pm... but they're not opened at all, and NO other Key Bank pie on Sat for 50 miles or more!
