      Actually I would like to give it no stars!!! I have been a customer seriously since I was around 5 and I have never had such a horrible experience before than I have here. I went to deposit a check and have deposited the same check, from the same company, twice before this within the last month and never had an issue. Now this branch is making me wait 2 days for ANY of my funds to clear. I am a single mom and now my electric is going to be shut off because of this. So THANK YOU Keybank. I will be removing all my money and closing all 3 accounts I have and highly suggesting my parents do the same with their Keybank accounts.
