  Was extremely impressed with how well they work with people. Definitely did not expect them to be so helpful at very end of there shift when closing. There was no rush no pushing sales and explaining everything quiet.easly for no confusion..really was a breath of fresh air experience you gained a new customer and thank you

  Recently I had the pleasure of financing a vehicle as a co-signer for my teenaged sons' first vehicle. It was the most streamlined loan process that I had ever encountered. I didn't use my credit union which I had been a member of for over 28years because American 1 had a rate which was the lowest around. I supplied info for the loan application over the phone and when we scheduled the closing appointment, it literally took only a few minutes to finish. We encountered a problem with the vehicle sellers credit union not wanting to releasing the lein on the day we turned over the check, and Chantel and Nicole of the Milan branch was able to talk to the sellers credit union, which was over 200 miles away, and get the lein released so we could take the vehicle and signed title home all in one visit. Kudos to the Milan branch team, for their experience, expertise, and professionalism to make my sons first car purchasing experience a positive one. Duane Ratliff

  My experience here has been awesome. Nicole, the branch manager bent over backwards to help us meet the goals we had! I would definitely recommend this branch and Nicole to all my friends.

  i thought trying to get a loan was a horrible experience, trying to sell to someone getting a loan from this place was even worse. i am now waiting for the e-mail asking for the serial numbers off of the bills used for the down payment. next time i will collect cans off the side of the road rather than deal with them again.

  The Milan branch was very helpful with the financing of my truck. They worked very hard, and they were courteous to my circumstances. I highly recommend their service!

  Very helpful and understanding quick to respond to what I needed and asked questions that made the process easier and answered nicely being that this is the first time I’m building credit they we’re definitely fair on what was needed and given .
