Cathy Cheng5Lexie provided excellent service! I had better experience in this branch than the Briarwood one.

Ananda Miller1The person greeting people at the door had me get out of line just for people to get in line ahead of me, then told me to get back in line behind them. Rude. The teller Lexie was very condescending as well.

Andy Stewart5I came to Chase because I read that it is one of the best banks for small business and I likes the fact that they have solar panels to off set their energy use. I have come back for more accounts and financial products for the wonderful customer service and the amazing personality and professionalism of Lydia Tannis. I highly recommend this bank and specifically Lydia.

Debashish Sahu (debsahu)1Went to the branch at 4pm, let everyone else go ahead of us because you guessed it, we wanted to close our accounts. Then said at 4:15pm that everyone is busy and we need to setup an appointment to close accounts! Seriously? Drove to the branch at Briarwood Mall, account was closed by 4:45 pm!

Tiana Henry5The bank manager was very friendly. He greets everyone at the door and even disinfected a chair for me. I made a same day appointment with Lanisha. She was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me open a savings account and understand their policies and how everything worked on the mobile app. I've been with Chase for a few years and I've always gone to the one on Whittaker. They aren't bad but I'll be going to this location from now on because the people are very friendly and helpful. If it's not broke, don't fix it!

Jake Toth5Love the indoor ATM that allows you to choose the denomination of the bills you wish to withdraw. The couple of times a year I have had the pleasure of dealing with an employee of this branch over the past 13 years have always been a great experience. If you have a bad response to your patronage perhaps study how you are behaving as well. Just because someone might be having a bad day at work doesn't mean you should add to that bad day. Take a few seconds to try to help them not have a bad day. I'm sure you would appreciate that in return. Just my thoughts.

Nico Crisostomo1Avoid this branch like the plague. They have too many BS and discriminatory ways of doing business with their customers. I have been banking with Chase for 8+ years in michigan, california, nevada and new york. I travel a lot in my job. I never had any problems doing my transactions until now when I went into this branch. I recently moved back in town and I live across the street from this branch. I come in here to do my usual transactions like cash advance (withdrawals) from my other banks, deposits to my chase accounts, and other transactions like I usually do for the past 8 years and all of a sudden I cannot do it anymore because of this branch. They purposely decline your transactions because of I dont know what reason (most likely discrimination) and after they did that, my cash advance withdrawals would never go through anymore because of their repeated declination of my withdrawals. Believe me, I have been doing the same transactions for the past 8 years in other branches and states and I never had any problems until now when I stepped into this branch. I really wanted to like this branch because I live across from it but they are making it inconvenient for their customers. Just like the other reviews other people left on here, they are discriminative and would turn away customers for no reason. I dont know, maybe they dont trust you or you're not dressed well enough or something like that. Even after verifiying your identity with your picture ID. The transactions still would not go through. Maybe because this is a small-town and everyone knows everyone, therefore if they dont know or trust you then you can get the hell out of their branch instead. This is the most retarded Chase branch I've ever seen where they will make it inconvenient for you due to their trust issues, discriminatory and bs security measures. I understand the security measures are for us customers to protect us, but when you make it inconvenient for them and not let them do what they need to do is complete BS. This branch made me stopped banking with Chase and opened an account with DFCU down the street instead, at least all my transactions go through at DFCU and I could go on my way without any problems and inconvenience. After 8+ years I will have to say goodbye to Chase, just because of this particular branch. Unfortunately because I live across the street from it. If i still lived in New York or California I probably would still be a Chase customer because I never had any problems there. My advice to this branch's supervisor, go back to the basics which is customer satisfaction. Let the customers do what they need to do especially if their identity is verified and all documentation and identification is provided. Actually, I take that back. Corporate office should fire this branch's supervisor and put a new one instead who knows how to deal and satisfy customers. Honestly, the employees here aren't bad. They are really nice and will greet you with a smile, but what matters most is being able to do the transactions you need to do and not be turned away. Its really inconvenient. I would avoid.

Marco Hernandez1This branch had the worst customer service of every chase bank in town. Slow service for the most part, and today a very rude staff member named Cindy. While trying to deposit a check, I wanted some money back. First I was asked how much money did I have in my account, second if I need the money I should go to TCF and cash it. I opted for just a deposit due to lack of time.

Brandon M1My wife and I received a wedding check from a her Uncle (a Chase customer). We went to this location to cash it. We were charged $8 to cash our wedding check written by a Chase customer. They charged us $8 because we were not a customer of their bank. I will never become a customer of this awful institution. Why does the bank have to grab an $8 tax from a wedding gift? Shame on you.

Martha Robinson1Super disappointed, I just wanted to order checks, not everyone wants to use online banking! What's the point of having a branch to walk into with staff that suggest you use the 1-800 # or online banking when all they had to do was push a button and order me checks that I'm paying $18.95 for anyways!!! Walked out and called the 1-800# so again why is there staff there!
