Samry Endeshawu1I give this place -5 rating! I patiently waited for them to help me with a loan but I ran out of patient after long 5 days waiting which they initially said would take 2-3 days. I am still understanding but what bothered me was no one knew what they were doing since they had to call someone every time to help them what to do. Everyone needs thorough training.

alexander bagdasarov1Sat in drive-through for 25 minutes to make a deposit. No one even bothered to tell me what is taking so long. Teller came back after a while asked me for ID then another silence, then came back again asking me for Social Security. No apologies for the wait like this is expected. This is absurd. Complete lack of professional or even common courtesy

Eddie Jung1I went to bank to withdraw some money and bank teller <WERECBE> WAS VERY Rude and giving me hard time to withdraw money. She is the presenting the KeyBank therefore she should treat every customers with kindness and welling to provide what customers needs. Instead she give hard time to every customers who comes in for withdraw money and giving attitude and money that I withdraw she said she will deposit back.

Bryant Ho1This branch is really bad customer service. Last time I came in with my customer check that’s a KeyBank check. The young girl at the teller she gives me a hard time to cash my check. And today July 11, 2019, I come in with the KeyBank check to try cash and have the funds available, so she is rude to me and gives me a hard time, she did not want to cash my check. That young girl at teller sound like she has a bad attitude, a bad customer service. I would not recommend anyone to come to this branch and banking at this branch

Sean Harris1I've been with key bank for many years, and have seen the service go to pure cap, not even a smile anymore, I had a check from another bank just 3 miles down the road 3 flipping miles and KEY BANK with its free this and free that campaign wants to put a hold on it for 2 days, I can cash it and get the money in 30 minutes, not an out of state check, 3 miles away. Makes me want to go to another bank if I have to pay for checking so be it, highly disappointed with his service
Response from the ownerHi Sean, thanks for getting in touch. Any paper check may be subject to a hold until we have actually received the funds from the other bank. This is done electronically and does take a few days (the physical proximity does not matter for this reason). The length of the hold varies and is determined on a case by case basis. There is no hold on direct deposits of course as those funds don't have to be collected. Hope this helps. Kelly Brookbank1Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The 13th, 14th and 15th. I called to call my card in stolen. On hold several hours each day. Friday I kept tract. 4.5 hours on hold and never talked to anyone. My card is still gone, still has a balance, still a working card. HEY KEY! I'm not going to be reasponsable for ANY of this. Go to ANY other bank

Erike Keel1I recently opened a account with the lynnwood branch. I soon after found myself needing some extra money so I applied for a personal loan. No big deal. This is where my problem begins. I applied at numerous different companies and a few days later I received a call from a man whom I believed to be a loan advisor. Turns out in the long run the man is a scam artist and I fell victim. I can handle the fact that someone tried to scam me... What upsets me is the bank decided to close my account because the account was new. Forget the idea I was targeted And already a victim of fraud now I don't even have a bank account. I guess the key doesn't fit. Sorry I'm in a emergency and needed funds. I will never recommend anyone to this bank.

Simone Reid1I wish I could give this bank a one star. Among a range of other things, they continue to charge my account $29 maintenance fee after I close the account due to multiple bad experiences. Worst banking experience ever. And the manager Rouna (not sure if that's the correct spelling) does not care about the satisfaction of her customers. Never ever again, there's too much banks out there to put up with this kind of service.
