  Dave and Robyn are amazing! We were in a tough spot with a different lender and about to lose our dream house, and they swooped in and saved us! They both got back to me quickly any time of day or night, and the whole process was super easy even though it was last minute and rushed.   We were really fortunate to work with Dave. This was out first home and Dave walked us step by step. When some things got weird with property lines and our closing date got delayed multiple times Dave made sure that our loan stayed active and that it was ready the moment the paperwork finally cleared.
