  This has to be my favourite bank around as I'm on a first name basis with most of the tellers here and they make you feel just like you're one of the family I've had no problems ever and will continue to always come to this branch because I like quality service good job Key Bank

  I am very grateful to everyone at this branch. My father is older and the representatives in this bank all know him, and are welcoming and patient with him. They define customer service and i have watched how they help and care for my father in the way they work with him. The management has built a fabulous team. Thank you.

  The workers were very ride and inpatient with my father. They were raising their voices and acted far too entitled to be there. I will never be back and this company is a trash pit.

  I wanted to drop a line here regarding the service that i got from this branch. I have been in a corporate world for a long time and there are few types of employees that infuriate me most. The cover my behind employee, these are the ones who try to stay under the radar not to get in trouble, they are the “I won’t do anything good or bad” employee because they “value “ their job. There is another type, if it doesn’t have to do with my branch i am not getting involved. In my case i was dealing with Kris, and let me tell you, she did a lot more then I expected from her, to the point that she helped us out by contacting a branch from out of state to make sure that we (as business) got a satisfied customer and our customer got the deal done. Overlooking performance report by giving business to another branch and yet still keeping it within Key bank. Kris is the one who makes this world go round, it’s all about people who move and shake to get things done, not about those who count hours to be done and go home. 10 stars Kris from your Neighbor friends in business.
