Cassidy Vautier1I came into this Key location on September 14 around 1:50 pm to withdraw money from my checking account because my debit card had expired and the new one hadn’t come in the mail yet. I presented the expired card as I have two accounts and wanted to avoid confusion regarding which account i was withdrawing money from. The gentlemen working then took my card and cut it up saying that he was turning the card off because “I didn’t need it anymore“. I thought it was a little strange he didn’t ask me. I received my new card in the mail after waiting for over two weeks and was unable to activate it because this gentlemen turned the previous car off. So I’ll be waiting an addition week or more to receive a debit card, and I’ve been waiting for over two weeks already. I’m extremely disappointed with this service as it’s put me in a really uncomfortable position. The teller could have discussed the implications of turning off the card and asked me before proceeding to do so.

Sonia Bermonty1We had a bad experience a little over two weeks ago in the Auburn branch to the point where we even had to contact the corporate office in Ohio ...we were assured the issue would be resolved and someone would be in touch no one EVER followed up with us ...not going to say the bank itself is bad just going to say stay clear of Spencer who works out of the Augusta and Auburn office he obviously only has making money on his mind and will misguide you to make it!
