  Helpful, kind, and efficient! I needed assistance with the new app, which was taken care of immediately, I was also given clear instructions on how to fill out a new loan application on the app which I prefer! I was contacted day of by the lending specialist via email and had it reviewed within 24 hours. She then called me to explain next steps and the approval process! Jamiee was a pleasure to work with and so was the initial employee who helped me with the app! I've been a customer for years but have always had the best experiences! Couldn't be happier!

  Fabulous people. Very fast and friendly! My boyfriend speaks VERY highly of Maine State Credit Union, so much so, that I decided to switch banks to MSCU! Thank you for all your hard work!

  It was necessary for me to close an account and open another. Meredith was beyond amazing. I have been a member of MSCU since the mid 70's and have never had anything but the best customer service with no judgment. Only supportive problem solving.   Wow, I’m happy to report that Maine State Credit Union already solved my fraud issue and replaced the $1900 in funds resulting from fraud on my debit card ! Impressed and certainly grateful that it was resolved in 24 hours. Love banking with this credit union! PAD of Augusta

  I'm not sure why these guys have such a low rating. I have to been doing all of my business with them since 1980. Every time I go,they are nothing but helpful.

  Horrifically short staffed. I have an account with MCSU and have left literally hundreds of voicemails and have sent hundreds of emails to try to get ahold of someone. The operator never has any clue what’s going on and hasn’t been able to get anyone to call me back. I genuinely never could have imagined an institution could have such terrible service.

  Absolutely AWFUL customer service. If you fall behind on loan payments they force you to go in person despite it being the middle of a pandemic, and they choose to make it more difficult to make payments instead of offering support. They are impossible to get ahold of over the phone I’m always on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. Awful awful awful.
