  I find an absolutely Rubbish that you guys destroy cards if they're not Kennewick savings issued I left my card in the ATM which was a venmo card and I called and she said that my card would be destroyed that they couldn't be given back this Is an absolute rubbish protocol And you guys think you'll change that rule

  We apologize that you had a negative experience with one of our ATMs. ATMs and card networks capture cards for a variety of reasons. We are not given information in regards to why the card was captured, and are therefore required for security purposes to take the card out of circulation and dispose of it.   Left my card in the ATM late last night and wasnt sure if someone behind me in line had gotten it or if it was sucked up by the machine so I had to cancel it. I had 1 hour today on lunch to go over there so i called first. They set me up an appt to make sure not everyone would be on lunch when I showed up and I was back to work before the hour - it was quick and professional. Thank you KSB for making my forgetfulness less painful.

  Very rude manager. What a disappointment. I believe that employees, particularly managers should attempt to be kind even if they are not feeling it. Major fail here. I recommend Camden National Bank. They have always been courteous and even friendly.

  My family has used Kennebec Savings for 25+ years, and we've always loved them. I do love the bank itself, and many of the staff. However, i applied for a loan with Julie at the Farmingdale branch, and it was probably the worst 5 minute discussion I've ever had. She wanted nothing to do with helping me, or guiding me like loan officers are paid to do. If you're looking for help or guidance, you won't find it from Julie. Completely unimpressed.

  I would highly recommend them over other banks. Overall the best thing about Kennebec is the fact that they do not sell there loans. I was denied by two banks before being approved at Kennebec. In fact I travel 25 miles to do all of my banking at Kennebec.

  We really love banking with KSB, but often times find it frustrating that they close at 4:00 and have no weekend hours. We both work a 9-5 job Monday-Friday and have to take vacation time to leave work early, or completely shuffle our schedules around to accommodate a 10 minute visit.

  My account has been frozen for suspicuous activity in the past, leaving me with no access to money over a long holiday weekend. Apparently buying a windshield is “suspicious”. Now the mobile banking app has locked me out for no reason and it says to contact customer service, except they aren’t open, so now I’m going to waste my valuable time tomorrow going to the bank, yet again, to tell them to fix my account. I have better things to do with my time.

  Why would you bank anywhere else? Sure, you could, but would you find the literal local investment in you and the towns? Checking. Savings. Mortgages. Loans. Wealth management. As you grow, so can your investments. Ever felt like just another person on line? Not here. Give them the chance and you become part of the bank's family.

  Gorgeous building and a great location. The best part is, the tellers are always bubbly and ready to help- which just making banking so much more pleasant.

  Our Clinic has accounts in several local banks, but we enjoy working with KVS the best.
