JR1Really bad experience. Staff with whom I open account did have good knowledge. He messed up with promotions that he recommended to us. Couple days interacting with an accountant with zero customer service made me think to close bank account .. Even they charged me a lot extra while closing .. Omg

Frank Spicer5We have been banking with Key for many years and regularly use this branch for our daily deposits. Recently we applied for and obtained a small business loan. In this era of the news broadcasters telling us how the banks are not giving loans to small businesses, I beg to differ. Not only did we obtain the loan but the interest rate is great! Thank you
