  When other lenders/brokers were taking too long, Eliud did what seemed to be impossible and got the Buyer a clear to close in less than 30 days. My Sellers were so happy and so was I. He stayed responsive and you didn't have to ask him for an update. Great to work with!

  Eluid was able to help my client with his mortgage loan in a very timely manner. My client was working with another lender originally and they weren't able to do the loan, but Eluid came in and saved the day for both me and my client!
