  I can’t say enough how grateful I am for the team at Waterstone Mortgage ESPECIALLY for Alex! Man oh man, heaven sent to say the least. From the very first conversation we had in 2020 just to see if I could even qualify for a mortgage till Clear to Close yesterday. If it wasn’t for her I might have thrown in the towel. If you are on the fence on home buying or know this is what you want to do, without a doubt these are the people to walk you through the process. Everyone was absolutely wonderful but I couldn’t have asked for a better person like Alex to walk hand in hand with me through this long process. A million thank yous, next step…. Closing day and keys to my beautiful forever home. Thank you again, forever grateful!

  My boyfriend and I had the BEST experience with Eve. She was in constant contact with us, ensuring everything we needed was submitted on time. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and did not know what I was doing! Eve made the experience painless and almost fun! Any questions we had, she always had the answer or the perfect contact to help us out. Eve is AMAZING!!!!

  5 stars is not nearly enough to rate my experience working with Alex and Eric Putt. I specifically cannot thank Alex enough for always going above and beyond at every step of the process obtaining a mortgage loan. Whether it was Saturday at 9PM or Sunday at 7AM, Alex was a phone call or text away from solving any and every question I had along the way. There are many times I would have called it quits if it weren’t for Alex. I am forever grateful for the experience she gave me while buying our first home!

  Ben Haughee was our Mortgage Advisor, and he was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. He was always professional but personable, and he was always readily available to help us get through this process and answer any/all questions we had. He was quick to make sure we had a pre-approval ready when we were making offers, and once we finally went under contract he was efficient and on top of keeping the underwriting process moving and letting us know where were at in the process. My wife and I were stressed going into this, but Ben made taking out our first mortgage easy and painless. Can’t recommend working with him and Waterstone Mortgage enough for your home buying needs.

  Ben went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He kept me updated as things changed. He made sure I was able to lock in the best rate and explained every time of loan. This was my first time buying a house and it was a stress free process on the side of the mortgage.

  My husband and had the best experience with WaterStone Mortgage. Our loan Officer Sara was amazing everything went smoothly it was unbelievable. We found a house and close in thirty days no problem. Sara and team was quick and precise. The underwriters left no stone unturned that when closing time came no surprises.   After dealing with another Mortgage company for 9 months and still not obtaining a Mortgage Loan, I found out about Waterstone Mortgage Corporation. Within 1 hour of providing my financial information to Andrea Swedenburg and Eve Czech, I received approval for my Mortgage Loan and have continued tp receive prompt and professional service from them and Waterstone Mortgage Corporation. I have already referred them to friends and other contacts. I know that they will also receive the same top notch service.
