  Neale Beightol is without a doubt the very best mortgage banker I have ever had in the buying of a home. He leaves no stone unturned . His explanation of required papers for a mortgage is easy to understand especially for a senior citizen. He answered all questions with haste and I always was aware of the status of the loan. He again the only mortgage banker I would use and highly recommend him.

  Well I was finishing up a divorce when I started the process of refinancing and anything and everything must have come up. There was a hurricane and the repairs that followed, legal issues with the ex, so on and so forth. Through all of the hurdles, we finally made it through. Unlike my previous loans, I didn't have to constantly send the same paperwork again and again. My loan officer was quick to complete anything needed and stayed in constant communication. He worked miracles between the lawyers and got it done. Would recommend

  I was assisting my eldery parents who wished to purchase a vacation home in Florida. Our realtor referred us to Neale and am eternally grateful that he did so. My parents are a little less than technologically savvy, and although it created much more work for Neale to meet face to face with my parents on an almost daily to discuss and advise as to the status of the loan, Neale was always there to make my folks comfortable and informed regarding the purchase and the mortgage process. I simply cannot imagine the nightmare that this transaction would have been without the continued support and assistance of Neal Beightol. Neale treated my parents as though they were the only clients that he had. (I know for a fact that Neal has numerous clients and treats each and every one of them with the same type of doting attention to detail that he did with my parents.)   Danita was very helpful! She explained everything as many times as I needed when it came to buying a house. We were very nervous and unsure if we should rent or buy.   I was promised over 10 times I would get a clear to close and never got one in the time I was told. I was given a response, we only need one more thing. The worst part was, when I was given a clear to close and a closing date, we did not close. It was not until several hours before my appointment that I received word they did not have all the documents from the buyer! So what does a clear to close mean? I am still wondering. Hands down worst experience I have ever had with any lender, EVER! Agents, buyers, and sellers, should be very cautious using this unethical company.
