  Melanie Lane was awesome during the process of refinancing my house. I so appreciated her personal attention and willingness to answer my many questions along the way. Responsive and professional would be the two adjectives that I would use to characterize Melanie and her efforts in regards to my loan. I've refinanced properties on several occasions, but this, by far, has been my best experience. Melanie really went the extra mile to make the refinancing of my property a good experience.

  I worked with Gavin on purchasing my new home, he was super responsive and answered all of my questions promptly.   Bought my house back in October, I would like to thank Gavin Greenstone for helping me every step of the way. I was a first time buyer so everything was so new to me.
