  From the very start, Matt was readily available, highly communicative, and eager to make our first home buying process a memorable one. We had dozens of questions at all hours of the day and he not only got back to us in a timely manner, he exceeded our expectations with additional information and insight.   Matt Webber and team were amazing throughout the process. There was constant communication on each step and on the needs to accomplish the goal. Matt was very personable and professional every step of the way, even when times were rough and additional documentation was requested, he was right there to offer additional assistance. Needless to say, due to their diligence and knowledge we were able to close on the projected date, 30 days from offer being accepted. I highly recommend working with Fairway, Matt and Stacey in particular. They'll be the first ones I reach out to for my next home loan or refinance.

  If you are looking for a loan officer, LOOK NO FURTHER! Matt was extremely professional, a constant advocate, while remaining realistic about our financial goals and abilities. We had friends going through the home buying process at the same time as us, but they were using a big bank and it was a disaster. Matt was quick with communication, always willing to answer our questions, and advocated for us as first time home buyers in this wild market. Do yourself a favor and hire him ASAP!!!!

  The real estate industry in general does not have a lot of “straight shooters.” Meanwhile, Matt and his team could not have made my loan process any easier.   Matt is hands down the best lender in Phoenix. We just purchased a house and he made the entire process so simple and stress free from the beginning to closing. Matt answered all of our questions and clarified any confusion we had. He even came to our closing appointment to make sure things ran smoothly and presented us with a with a bottle of wine.
