  We have worked with Justin several times and will continue to in the future. We were initially referred by our real estate agent when we purchased our home and because Justin and the team were so great, we also used them to refinance a couple of years later. Each time the process was quick and easy. Justin is professional, dependable and very knowledgeable about the many different loan options available, he makes you feel like he is definitely getting you the best deal. I would absolutely recommend the Justin Haines Team to help you with you home financing needs.

  I worked with the Justin Haines Team on a purchase last year and experienced the highest level of service throughout. Many loan teams have the now common electronic checklist, deadlines, etc., but Justin's team went beyond - they stayed in communication frequently via phone and even text, and what's more, I had a small blemish on my credit which we knew about going into the transaction, and his team made sure we navigated that throughout so we didn't encounter any last minute surprises in those last few crucial days before COE. I highly recommend Justin and his entire team to my clients.

  My husband and I worked with Justin on our home purchase in March, and it was an A+ transaction from start to finish. Justin credit coached my husband for months to get us the loan that we wanted. When we were under contract, our entire closing was flawlessly processed by his team. We were always kept in the loop, and felt that Justin and his team had our best interest in mind throughout the entire closing. We were very impressed and would recommend him 100% to anyone we know.

  My experience with the Justin Haines loan team was beyond excellent. Those guys rock! I had been trying unsuccessfully to refinance my home for about 3 months prior to contacting Justin's team. My old mortgage was a horrible deal and the payments were becoming unbearable so I was in dire need of a refinance. The only problem was that my unusual financial situation made it tough to qualify for most loans. I had already applied at several other places and gotten pretty far in the process (even paying for a few appraisals) before getting a denial letter and no response from messages. It was frustrating to say the least. Most of the companies were either a large call center where the people I talked to were not very well versed in the products and bad at communicating requirements, or they were local shops who were not creative enough to work with my situation. It was only after working with Justin's team that I was finally able to close on my refinance. I know my personal situation is an outlier, but I was able to lower my mortgage payment by almost $1,000 a month! I don't know if I would have been able to refinance my loan if I hadn't called Justin's team. They were excellent at communicating and led me through every step of the process. Any time an issue arose they were quick to talk to me about it and figure out a solution. I cannot recommend them more.

  My experience with Justin Haines and his team was excellent. Very professional and they were able to help us to get into our dream home with ease. Communication was wonderful never had to worry about getting in touch with someone. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. They even found ways to save us money without having to ask for it. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We bought and refinanced with the team and made both processes very simple! Most Everything was done via email,fax, etc, didn't even think I stepped foot in the office the last time!!! :) Very easy to work with. And very easy process!   We did not have good luck with Justin Haines and Nova loans. They knew everything up front and kind of did a bait and switch on us is what my attorney said. Again they knew exactly what we wanted and said no problem, gave us the first mortgage and then left us high and dry on the second mortgage on what we really wanted. SO now I have a mortgage I don't need, lots of wasted time with them and nothing to show for it but lots of cost on my part I think $7000 in closing cost on $180,000 loan. Just do not count on them and if you do MAKE SURE you are working with another company at the same time. The other company we went with said the same thing and also said they messed up the process and paperwork, I do not get a loan everyday so I can only go by what they are telling me. I counted on Justin and his team and the let us down. ALSO the team is so large you never know who to talk to and the online application process is less then enjoyable.. Best of luck to you.

  As a first-time homebuyer my fiancé and I were so nervous about the home buying process and expected it to be lengthy and stressful. We were SO wrong. Justin and his team were attentive, personable, and extremely professional from day one. I could not recommend them more!

  I agree with the previous reviewer, be sure to have a back-up by working with another company at the same time. Only if I knew what I know now. I only lost $500 to appraisal but lots of time wasted by Nova and ended up getting saved by another company.

  Hey Schuyler, we TOTALLY butchered that and we should have NEVER said yes to you as we don't lend for people who have temp jobs. I am so sorry that we told you so late in the game with our underwriters. We really tried to work quite a few angles to see if we had another solution to get you into a home.
