  Kevin helped me navigate a complicated and at time onerous application process. The required documentation is shocking but I understand it's due to the Dodd-Frank act which was a step in the right direction but went too far. Good luck to anyone trying to get a mortgage because you're going to need someone like Kevin to endure this but in the end it's worth it because of the LOW rates right now!

  Kevin was great as our lender. The loan company used was not but he was still able to do his job and tried his best to keep things on track. Buying your first home is a very scary experience but he helped us through it.

He was able to help me navigate the ins and outs of three different types of loans and provide individualized pre approval letters for each one of the offers we had to submit during these crazy home buying times. He made sure I understood the different requirements for the loans and how they would be handled after closing. Truly a wonderful lender to work with
