  Jacqueline, my service rep, was friendly, thorough, and professional. She answered all of my questions & made sure I understood what my serviced entailed before giving me her business card in case I need to get in touch with her. My car was finished before the time quoted, which made me very happy as I was pushed for time & worried I wouldn’t make it to pick up my son. The only thing I wish they had done a little better with my car wash. I have the Toyota hybrid Highlander and the back window has a lip underneath it that was still dirty and unfortunately ran dirty water down my clean car.

  Doug our sales rep did everything he could to make sure we liked the vehicle and were happy! We had a couple unexpected turns but they were resolved quickly. Zack, our finance rep was awesome as well. Made the signing process fun and explained all parts of the contracts. Everyone here seemed honest and genuine. We are so happy with the experience and our brand new 4runner.

  Recently I took my Toyota CHR in for the 5,000 mile service. The experience was satisfactory. I would give 5 stars, except I do think it was a bit expensive for what I had done. However, for the peace of mind, I was absolutely willing to pay the extra to have my car serviced at the dealership. I worked primarily with Nile, he was professional, helpful and even managed to streamline the cost, as much as possible. He was prompt and followed up in a timely manner. Nile worked with the warranty company to ensure my benefits were being used to the max. I would recommend Toyota and will certainly be returning for future service.

  We purchased our Highlander from CarMax knowing it had a recall. Dolan’s service department got us in quick. We did have a surprise at drop off in finding out it would be an all day project, because we live out of town. But they were accommodating with a rental so that my husband could drive home and I didn’t have to leave the house with my newborn. Since I didn’t see performance issues prior, I can’t speak to the work done but I do appreciate the customer service we received.

  My husband and I just bought a 2020 Toyota Highlander! We have together purchased 4 vehicles over the last 12 years and we continue to go back to Toyota as their service and understanding is impeccable! Toby our dealer was very knowledgeable and took care of all of our needs. We did not feel pushed into a deal; rather we felt that Toby took into consideration all that we were looking for with price point in mind, safety features and style. Our Finance Manager Richard was amazing! He got us the best deals possible! Alexia explained all we needed to know about all the special features in our vehicle and was patient with us. We had a fabulous experience and because of this and many years of dedicated service we will continue to go back to Toyota! Thank you Dolan Toyota!

  Took my 2021 Corolla hybrid in for the complimentary 5k mile service and was able to get in fast. I brought up to Elyse that I had to jump start my brand new vehicle twice already. She scheduled my car to be seen by a master mechanic during same visit so it didn’t inconvenience me by having to bring it back. Turns out there was a download that my car needed in order to correct the draw on the battery. Elyse was great with communication through the entire process as it took longer than I originally planned due to her getting it in with the master mechanic. She updated me on the status immediately and allowed me to pick the vehicle up the next day when it was convenient for me. Very pleased with my experience at Reno Toyota and especially with Elyse’s customer service and friendliness.
