  Kevin was one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure working with during my loan process for the purchase of my new home. He was very prompt and answered all my questions with a smile. He was very delightful and knowledgeable in his field and was amazed with his experience. I would mostly definitely recommend him to anyone that are looking for home financing.   Kevin was amazing to work with! As a Realtor, I am always most concerned with communication and closing the deal. Kevin excelled at both.   Going into the homebuying process at first was overwhelming. There is so much information, and the whole process can be a bit of smoke and mirrors. When we started shopping, my husband and I shopped around for a few lenders, but we ultimately landed with Kevin for several reasons. He is extremely responsive, and when we had questions or had inquiries assessing different home loans, he quickly pulled up the numbers and the information we needed so we felt confident about making financial decisions. I am especially grateful he had experience working with people like me who are self-employed. One particular instant comes to mind immediately. Early on, when we were aiming for a lovely home that may have been out of our budget, he gave us multiple options and arrangements and strategies that may have helped us mitigate our monthly payments so that it was a little more within our budget (even though we didn’t winning the bid, we were so grateful for Kevin’s thinking on his feet!). Kevin is also very adaptable and patient, answering any question we may have had via email, the phone, or text message. He communicated with us during every step of the process, and he put us at ease when we were anxiously working through every step of the application and closing process. He is easy to approach, he is very friendly, and he is a consummate professional. I felt like he genuinely cared about helping us afford our ideal home. Our entire financing process was so smooth, and I’m SO glad we had Kevin on our homebuying team! I highly recommend working with Kevin—you’ll be so glad you did!
