  I've been told for over a month since I was supposed to have my money "I'll call you" nothing. I call and they don't answer, I leave messages and they don't call me back. I just have to walk in once or twice a week just to have her tell me she'll call me. I honestly don't think she even knows my name. Short of getting an attorney I don't know what to do. DO NOT go to Liberty Tax.

  They are so organized and nice. The only thing that would have made it better is if the IRS owed us more money. We'll see them again next year.

  This tax company has got to be one of the worst I have ever delt with. They are Verry unprofessional. The person who filed my tax's has no idea what she is doing. She filed my yax's only to call me back later in the day to let me know she messed up and now has to file my taxes through the mail instead of online. I could have done that myself . It has now been 12 weeks and the IRS has no record of me fileing my taxs. And is also saying that none of my info match's up. Liberty tax has no idea what's up just to say when I called that after 15 minutes on hold they would call me back cause they can't findy file this place is gonna here from better business bureau if it's the last thing I do

  Hi Robert, I sincerely apologize you have not had a positive experience filing your taxes this year, but I promise you we will make it right. About 12 weeks ago is when the IRS shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When that happened, there was no one working to accept a paper return, notate your account that it was received, or begin processing it. They are just starting to open up some departments, but as you can imagine they are still very behind. Our District Manager, Mel Halverson, will be reaching out to you to explain what steps we can take with you to ensure that your return was in fact received, and continue to follow up and update you weekly until it is processed by the IRS.   I moved to the area and Liberty Tax was fairly close to my home, so I thought I'd give them a try. Their rates are extremely high for poor services. The 1st tax rep did my son's taxes in error. The Manager was very out spoken about this and degraded her staff employee in front of me. I had to return on several occasions as taxes were not done when promised. Months after the tax deadline my son received notification from the city indicating he owed $533.00. Come to find out they did not file "all" of the appropriate taxes required based on where he lived. In an effort to ask for assistance to resolve this issue, I left a message for Cathy the manager. After the first message, I never received a return call. Two weeks later, I then left another message & have not received a return call to date. I ended up working thru email to resolve the matter on my own and had my son's bill reduced down from $533 to $89.27. In addition to poor follow up at Liberty Tax, their hours of operation after tax season do not exist. You have to contact them via phone and if they don't call back it's difficult to get your disputes resolved. I don't believe I will be using them next year for these reasons!

  Liberty Tax service is a great taxers office i know. they've serves me for two years now. i am so glad to be one of their valuable customer. Their services is amazing and fast.
