Kayla P1I would not recommend going there if you need to request a wire transfer. Not sure why it’s an option on their appointment menu. I needed to wire funds from my BECU account to an external account and the BECU employee said she could not help me. She wasn’t very welcoming in general either. I was also the only person waiting in the lobby, there were 3 employees who were not assisting other customers, and it felt like it took a while for one of them to assist me. I usually have great experiences at the other BECU branches I’ve been to but I will be sure to avoid this branch in the future.

Sarah Larsen5I worked with Lori today refinancing my car loan. She was awesome! As it was my first time refinancing anything EVER she walked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Plus she saved a large amount on my car loan! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, BECU and Lori both rock. Highly recommended! Thank you Lori you were such a joy to work with!

Raul Raza1I was there 7 minutes early for appointment @ 4:00pm and had my name with phone number added to check-in list up front door as well. I have been waiting 15 minutes after my appointment and no one call me up then I decided to go home. At 4:36pm, someone from BECU called me and want to help but I'm already home.

Ian Padron1Ran up from the Lake Stevens location to get a new debit card since their machine was down. Signed in to the walk-in list at the Marysville location at 1:45PM. By 2:45 still hadn't heard anything. Absurd.

Ambers Kids3Normally I love BECU. Having said that, I am standing in line to be helped going on an hour with a lobby full of people, all waiting too. This is pretty awful. It shouldn't be this hard to get assistance, BECU! Terrible. If you just need an atm, thumbs up. If you want help from a person...not so much.

Christopher Nevills1It takes forever to get help even if it is a simple question. They are in no hurry here. It is a small office but could use improvement. I just need to get a new debit card. Been here 20 min already. Hard to say when i will be helped. They need more people here to help out. Really thinking about changing banks.

sereyvuth reaksa2I checked in @ 11:00am waiting for 25 minutes. 4 groups of people came after me just checked in and got called right away. I have to check-in twice and wait until no costumer then they decide to call me up. I just need to adjust my withdrawal limits. 2 stars for at least I can withdraw my money.
