  Kevin and his team were incredibly helpful through the entire process. This is my first time buying a house and Kevin fielded every question I had at all Hours throughout the day. Kevin and his team are professional and personal. As someone who owns their own business and self employed I was nervous about getting approved. However Kevin and his team walked me through every step and we are closing this week!!!! I highly recommend the team at Fairway!

  Kevin almost singlehandedly made our house purchase possible. Not only did he take on our loan on short notice due to a very short closing time frame. He took on financing the buyer of my current home to ensure that we closed on time so that we could purchase our new home. He and his team are pros and will fight for you to make sure all timelines are met. If I ever have to finance another home Kevin Is 100% the guy I will be calling. I cannot recommend him and his team enough.
