  Ben Clark was the mortgage loan originator who handled my loan and he did an awesome job. He walked me thru every step and made the process very easy and quick. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

  Brad Sea and his team is exceptional in many ways. First, he and his team are amazingly responsive in communication. I'm thankful that I'm not wondering the status of certain details hours upon hours. Second, unbeknownst to me Brad worked tirelessly behind the scenes as our particular property made acquiring the title much more difficult than the typical one - he actually didn't share this with me - our realtor did and said, "if you had been with any other mortgage group, I'm not sure this would have gone through." Third, Brad and his team are professional, courteous, and made the whole process smooth and uneventful. We are deeply grateful for the home we now live in and we're humbled and thankful to have worked with Brad and his team at Kentuckiana Mortgage Group! You guys are STUDS!

  I recently bought a home here in New Albany Indiana using my VA loan and the process with Brad and Kentuckians Mortgage Group was the easiest home buying process I have ever experienced. This is my second time through this process in the two plus years I have lived in this area and I can assure anyone looking for a lender that even the toughest obstacles are a breeze for Brad. I did not use Brad on my first experience and will use him for any home purchases in the future. The entire time my realtor was amazed by how “on top” of everything they were. We never once had to wait on anything from them and there was never a lack of phone calls and emails to keep me entirely in the loop the whole time. Great work and one very appreciative client !

  We loved having sean work with us buying our first home. Never thought he could get done what he did for us! Couldn't ask for a better person to have. Even called to update me while he was on vacation! Definitely will be using him in the future for our forever home.
