  I’ve been to Kent Cash Outlet two times. Both times I was warmly greeted by Matt. Matt happens to be the owner and is generally enthusiastic about answering questions. First time I brought some items I’d recently acquired and I wanted to see if they were worth any thing. Matt wasn’t familiar with the prices of antique China set, instead of sending me away. He informed me that he knew someone that may have more knowledge about my items. Second time I came with finger rings on my mind. Matt was there and answered all my questions , I took a very long time and I enjoyed my visit 100%. He has great variety of stock. There’s deffinetly something for everyone! Jewlery , kids shoes, slot machines, instruments, albums, house appliances, snowboards, bikes, clothes, game systems/ games. Kid toys. It’s deffinetly worth the time to stop by Kent Cash Outlet and take a look!!

  Good customer service. Matt gave me a hell of a deal on some games for my kids. He has some really cool stuff to checkout. The only pawn shop ill go to fron now on.

  When I arrived was greeted with pleasant vibes, sold some silver jewelry and received a fair price. The owner is a pleasant and fair individual. Will definitely visit again.

  I go here frequently and must say that it’s one of the best pawn shops in the Grand Rapids area. Great deals, good selection of products, and great customer service.
