  Jake was very professional and nice, but was very confused and gave me very misleading information. He told me I got approved and to come in at 1 today, I got to the appointment just for the manager to say unfortunately I made a mistake on my end and are hands our tied. Do not do busy With them

  Applied for loan late on a Tuesday. Whoever I spoke to at the branch on Apline Avenue, said I may hear back that same night or tomorrow. It is now 6 days later, 4 of those are their business days, and I have not received a call telling me anything. Left a message for a return call Friday morning. Nothing all day Monday. I am sorry but this is very poor customer service. I was borrowing to make a purchase and I am holding up the seller. Don't tell me same day or next day answer and after almost a week, still nothing. If this is your example of customer service, it is no wonder I am going somewhere else. I am greatly disappointed and angry.

  Call One Main to try and get information on how to apply. Spoke to a Sierra who was extremely rude and acted like my time didn't matter. Should have listened to the bad reviews on this place. Will be taking my business somewhere else.

  Ana is amazing...it was so easy and she knew every answer to my questions. Also she was fun and easy going. I had my money the next day and started rebuilding my credit! Update: they are still great.. a year later they still are present and helpful!!!

  Von was amazing! He was very friendly and explained everything in detail and even gave me some good advice about improving my credit. I would highly recommend onemain to others .

  I am building my credit and already had a loan here. I ran I to some major car problems and rather than going to a different loan company, talked with the people at One Main.. they upped my loan amount and had the money for me the next day. AWESOME people, and on the ball! Interest rates are higher than what I want, but like I said, I'm building my credit...

  I would definitely recommend to anyone. They have helped me twice and we're very helpful with what I needed and walked through every aspect of payment and options.

  "Seriously people don't waste your time with them" I get a pre-approval letter from one main financial claiming I can get a loan. I didn't really want to do it, because I'm still working on my credit. As most people know when you get a pre-approval letter they do a soft credit check and it won't affect your credit score. Most of the time your automatically approved. This snake of a company will do a hard credit pull without your knowledge. Only to deny you in the end, and damage your credit score. Take it from me if you see or hear anything about "One Main Financial" run the other way as fast as you can. Their mission is to damage your credit score.

  One main was very helpful with me. Before I got my loan paid. I ran into some sit backs and Martin the branch manager worked with me. And I was able to overcome my sit backs. And was able to pay my loan back in full.

  Cody is amazing. He was very professional and nice. Went the extra mile to help me out. In the end I was approved. They earned a customer for life.
